Milwaukee: Pace’s First Pulse Line
Pace’s first Pulse service starts August 11, 2019. It will operate along Milwaukee Avenue, between Golf Mill Shopping Center in Niles, and the Jefferson Park Transit Center in Chicago. Connections to the Niles Free Bus, other Pace and Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) bus routes, as well as the CTA Blue Line and Metra’s UP-Northwest Line will provide passengers with a range of local and regional travel options.
The Pulse Milwaukee Line launches August 11, 2019!
The Pace Board approved the start of the Pulse Milwaukee Line and changes to Route 270 to take effect August 11.

Pulse Milwaukee Line Construction
Station construction began in earnest in 2018 and continues into 2019. Rapid transit service on the Milwaukee Line launches August 11, 2019. As Pace finishes work at several stations this fall, passengers may have to use a temporary bus boarding area in some locations after the launch.
